Ricky Barker
Ricky is the Associate Planning Director for the Town of Cary. He has worked for Cary for the past 7 years. Prior to Cary, Ricky worked in Virginia for Henrico County and Stafford County. Ricky has an undergraduate degree in Geography from Emory and Henry College and a Masters degree in Planning from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Ricky enjoys hiking, biking and writing. Ricky lives in Cary with his wife Deanna and his two-year-old son Trevor.
