STUDENT AMBASSADORS

The College of Design Student ambassadors are an invaluable student group within the College. They are responsible for greeting, checking-in, and directing guests at special events. Ambassadors may be asked to escort special college guests to and from on-campus appointments as well as act as tour guides for prospective College of Design students and their families. Examples of events include Council for Design Excellence luncheons, Design Excellence annual dinner, Family Weekend, College Assembly, SEE ASU, Homecoming, recruitment events, and the annual career fair. Student ambassadors can expect to work from two to four hours per month on events. For their efforts, students are invited to attend the function and dine with guests, if appropriate.

To be eligible to become an ambassador, you must be an undergraduate student entering the sophomore, junior, or senior year and your current GPA must be 3.0 or higher. Please see the application for all requirements.

Recruitment for new ambassadors occurs each spring semester. For information contact Martha Carter at 480.965.8169.
